Do I need to create an account?+

How long does a drop last?+
You choose: 5 minutes, 1 hour, or 24 hours. It's permanently deleted when it expires or when all pickups are used.
Is my content encrypted?+
Yes. All drops are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. Never stored in plain text, auto-deleted after use.
How many times can someone pick up my drop?+
You can set 1 (burn after read), 3, 5, or 10 pickups. Once the limit is reached it's permanently deleted.
What exactly is a pickup code?+
An 8-character code generated when you create a drop. Share it — the recipient enters it on SendDrop from any device to instantly retrieve your link or text.
Can I protect a drop with a PIN?+
Yes. In Advanced options, set a 4-digit PIN. Recipients must enter the PIN before they can see the content.
Can I use a custom code like 'tennis-vids'?+
Yes. In Advanced options, type any memorable code (4–32 chars, letters and hyphens). Custom codes always require a PIN for security.
