By accessing or using SendDrop (senddrop.link), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

SendDrop is a temporary, anonymous link and text sharing service. Users create a “drop” containing a URL or text, receive an 8-character code, and share that code with a recipient who redeems it. Drops are deleted automatically after redemption or expiry.

SendDrop is a tool, not a publisher. We do not review, moderate, or endorse any content shared through the platform.

You must not use SendDrop to share, distribute, or facilitate:

• Content that is illegal under applicable law
• Malware, phishing links, or links designed to deceive or harm
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that sexualises minors
• Content that promotes or incites violence, terrorism, or hate crimes
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or coordinated abuse
• Links that violate third-party intellectual property rights
• Content that harasses, threatens, or stalks any individual
• Credentials, authentication tokens, or sensitive personal data of others

We reserve the right to terminate access or delete drops without notice for violations of these Terms.

SendDrop operates as a conduit and does not control the content users share. We are not responsible for any content transmitted through the platform, including but not limited to its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.

You — the person who creates a drop — are solely responsible for the content you share and for ensuring you have the right to share it. By creating a drop, you represent that the content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

SendDrop is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that drops will always be retrievable within their stated expiry window. Data loss due to server failure, database errors, or unexpected termination of the service is possible. Do not use SendDrop as your only copy of important information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SendDrop and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of SendDrop shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, as SendDrop is currently free, is zero).

If you become aware of content on SendDrop that violates these Terms or applicable law, please report it immediately to golearnsap@gmail.com with the pickup code. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

Because drops are ephemeral and may expire before we can act, we encourage reports to be made as promptly as possible.

We may suspend, modify, or discontinue SendDrop at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such actions. We reserve the right to impose rate limits, restrict access, or block users who abuse the service at our sole discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of SendDrop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
